Job Description

Join a fully virtual practice delivering specialized care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders, expanding access to expert neurology nationwide. You will perform comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team—APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—to provide coordinated, patient-centered care. As a clinical leader, you will supervise APPs across multiple states and uphold clinical and telehealth standards.

Compensation & benefits: $260,000–$276,000 plus full benefits.

Minimum qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
  • Board Certification in Neurology
  • Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license in at least one state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience managing memory or cognitive disorders
  • Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments
  • Strong skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Excellent communication with patients, families, and team members
  • Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional development

Preferred qualifications:

  • Fellowship training in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience supervising APPs in a telehealth or multi-state model
  • Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments
  • Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care settings
