Job Description
Join a national, fully virtual neurology practice delivering expert, compassionate care to patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders. You will provide comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team—including APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. In this clinical leadership role you will also supervise APPs across multiple states and uphold clinical and telehealth quality and compliance standards.
Compensation & benefits: $260,000–$276,000 plus full benefits
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed virtual cognitive and neurological assessments and develop individualized management plans
- Treat and manage patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other cognitive disorders
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and support patients and families
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision of APPs across multiple states
- Ensure adherence to clinical best practices, telehealth protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
- Board Certification in Neurology
- Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience managing memory or cognitive disorders
- Demonstrated proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessment techniques
- Strong clinical skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent communication skills for virtual interactions with patients, families, and care teams
- Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth
Preferred qualifications:
- Fellowship training in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology or equivalent
- Prior experience supervising APPs in a telehealth or multi-state practice
- Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments
- Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models
