Job Description

Join a growing virtual practice delivering compassionate, specialized care to adults with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders. You’ll provide comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team—including APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—to create coordinated, patient-centered care plans. This fully virtual position expands access to expert neurology nationwide and includes clinical leadership responsibilities such as supervising APPs across multiple states and maintaining telehealth and clinical quality standards.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct thorough virtual neurological assessments and follow-ups focused on cognitive complaints and dementia syndromes.
  • Manage diagnostic workups, treatment plans, and longitudinal care for patients with memory disorders and related neurodegenerative conditions.
  • Collaborate with APPs, behavioral health clinicians, and care coordinators to ensure cohesive, team-based care.
  • Serve as a clinical leader by supervising APPs across state lines, supporting best practices, and ensuring compliance with telehealth protocols and clinical standards.
  • Stay current with emerging therapies and incorporate evidence-based approaches into patient care.

Compensation & benefits

  • Salary range: $260,000–$276,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Minimum qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited Neurology residency.
  • Board certification in Neurology.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience managing patients with memory or cognitive disorders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments.
  • Strong clinical skills in cognitive evaluation and dementia management.
  • Excellent communication skills for virtual patient, family, and team interactions.
  • Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.

Preferred qualifications

  • Fellowship training in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology or equivalent clinical experience.
  • Prior experience supervising APPs in a telehealth or multi-state practice model.
  • Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments.
  • Experience working in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models.
