Telehealth Cognitive Care Neurologist (Remote, US)

We’re looking for a neurologist based in Phoenix, Arizona, to join our fully virtual team providing compassionate, expert care for people living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders. This telehealth role expands access to specialized neurology care nationwide while allowing you to lead clinical practice and support an interdisciplinary team.

What you’ll do

• Conduct thorough tele-neurology evaluations and ongoing management of complex neurodegenerative conditions.
• Collaborate closely with APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Serve as a clinical leader by supervising APPs across multiple states and ensuring adherence to clinical and telehealth standards.
• Use virtual platforms to communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team, and help integrate emerging therapies into practice as appropriate.

Compensation & benefits

• $260,000–$276,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Minimum requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency.
• Board Certification in Neurology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience managing patients with memory or cognitive disorders.
• Demonstrated proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments.
• Strong clinical skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and working within interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills for virtual interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.

Preferred qualifications

• Fellowship training in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology (or Behavioral/Cognitive Neurology).
• Prior experience supervising APPs in a telehealth or multi-state practice model.
• Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments.
• Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models.
