Locums Hospitalist PA/NP – Inpatient Medicine, No Call, Flexible Day/Night Shifts (Dublin, GA)

Join a well-established hospital medicine team in Dublin, GA to provide inpatient coverage in a busy 190-bed community hospital. This locum opportunity offers flexible day and night 12-hour shifts with no call responsibilities and strong interdisciplinary support.

What you’ll do

• Deliver comprehensive inpatient care for adult patients, including daily rounds, evaluations, and follow-up
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, coordinate admissions, and develop treatment and discharge plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, nursing, and other care team members
• Document thoroughly and promptly in the EMR to support continuity of care

• Setting: Inpatient hospital medicine
• Hospital size: 190 beds
• Average daily census: ~110 patients
• Average daily admissions: 15–20
• Typical rounding volume: ~16–18 patients per shift

Shift options

• Day: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No call requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Board certified PA or NP required
• Active Georgia license preferred
