Job Description

Join a national telehealth team delivering expert, compassionate care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders through a fully virtual model.

You will perform comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team—including APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. This role includes clinical leadership responsibilities: supervising APPs across multiple states and ensuring adherence to clinical and telehealth standards.

Compensation & benefits: $260,000–$276,000 plus full benefits.

Core responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual cognitive and neurological assessments and create individualized care plans
  • Manage diagnosis, treatment, and longitudinal care for patients with memory and cognitive disorders
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support families
  • Supervise and mentor APPs in a multi-state telehealth environment
  • Maintain clinical quality, compliance with telehealth protocols, and best practices in dementia care
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives

Minimum requirements:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
  • Board Certification in Neurology
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience managing memory or cognitive disorders
  • Demonstrated competence with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments
  • Strong skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and virtual communication
  • Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care

Preferred qualifications:

  • Fellowship training in Behavioral/Cognitive or Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology
  • Prior experience supervising APPs in a telehealth or multi-state practice
  • Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and emerging Alzheimer’s treatments
  • Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models
