Telehealth Cognitive & Behavioral Neurologist — Remote (US)

Provide expert, compassionate care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders through a fully virtual model, increasing access to specialized neurology services nationwide.

You will perform comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative cases, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team—including APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—to deliver patient-centered treatment plans. The role includes clinical leadership responsibilities: supervising APPs across multiple states and maintaining adherence to clinical and telehealth standards.

Compensation and benefits: $260,000–$276,000 plus full benefits.

Core qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
• Board Certification in Neurology
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience managing memory or cognitive disorders
• Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments
• Strong clinical skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent communication skills for virtual interactions with patients, families, and team members
• Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional development

Preferred qualifications:

• Fellowship training in Behavioral/Cognitive or Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology
• Prior experience supervising APPs in telehealth or multi-state practices
• Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments
• Experience within integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models
