Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Experienced NP/PA (Boston, MA)

Join a well-established, growing dermatology practice just south of Boston where you’ll work in a patient-focused, supportive setting with a steady referral base and access to modern dermatologic technologies. We’re looking for an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who enjoys hands-on care and collaborating with a skilled team.

What you’ll do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of skin conditions.
• Perform common dermatologic procedures such as biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and electrodessication.
• Create individualized treatment plans and educate patients about their conditions and options.
• Accurately and efficiently document patient care in the EMR.
• Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary range: $130,000–$180,000+ annually, based on experience and productivity.

What we’re looking for

• Active NP or PA license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2+ years of dermatology experience.
• Board certified NP or NCCPA-certified PA.
