Typical schedule and compensation

• Competitive annual salary range of $300,000–$340,000 plus a full benefits package.
• Full-time hospitalist position; typically 7–9, 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off).
• No office management responsibilities and no traditional on-call duties.

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology and licensed (or able to obtain a license) in Tennessee.
• Comfortable managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Strong communicator who works well in teams and places patient-centered care first.
