Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Atlanta, GA (FT/PT Opportunities)

We’re looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care team in the Atlanta area. You’ll work in a collaborative clinical setting with a predictable schedule while delivering high-quality, comprehensive care to a diverse group of patients.

Schedule options

• Full-time: Three 12-hour shifts per week. Every-other-weekend coverage required; weekend availability is mandatory.
• Part-time: Minimum 20 hours per week with consistent availability. Choose one of:
  • Two consistent weekdays (total 24 hours), or
  • One weekday (12 hours) plus one weekend day (8 hours).

Locations
Primary opening in Atlanta, GA, with additional opportunities in Alpharetta, Braselton, Dallas, Decatur, Duluth, and Tyrone.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $138,000–$159,000 annually (average $147,000)

What you’ll do

• Deliver comprehensive primary care: assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Perform physical exams and preventive health screenings
• Create and manage individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and therapies consistent with state regulations
• Work closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and prevention
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EMR

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Active, unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license
• Current DEA license or ability to obtain one
• Preferably 1–2 years of primary care experience (strong new graduates with solid clinical training are welcome to apply)
