OB/GYN Hospitalist — Milwaukee (Board-Certified/Eligible)

Join a mission-driven, expanding Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join a dynamic hospitalist team committed to clinical excellence, collaborative care, and education. This position offers a flexible, varied practice—ideal for physicians who enjoy high-acuity obstetrics, surgical gynecology, and teaching.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care for low- and high-risk obstetric patients
• Evaluate and manage emergent gynecologic conditions
• Perform obstetric and gynecologic surgical procedures as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Teach and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students
• Support initiatives that promote quality, safety, and continuous improvement

Schedule and flexibility:

• Options for 12-hour or 24-hour shifts
• Balanced rotation of nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to tailor the number of shifts per month to support work-life balance and professional goals

Qualifications:

• MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Eligible for, or currently hold, an unrestricted Wisconsin medical license
