Dentist — Nonprofit Community Dental Practice (Full-time & PRN)

Located in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, with additional openings across Minnesota. Seeking full-time and PRN dentists to deliver comprehensive primary dental care within a mission-driven nonprofit focused on improving community oral health.

Compensation and Incentives

• Salary: $160,000–$220,000 plus incentive program
• Student loan forgiveness: Up to $80,000 (full-time) / $40,000 (part-time)
• NHSC scholar match eligible

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary dental care, including necessary periodontal treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Use advanced technology: digital charting, advanced digital imaging, digital scanning
• Maintain professional, patient-centered conduct

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Unrestricted Minnesota dental license
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Completion of an accredited GPR or AEGD preferred
