Family Medicine Physician — Advanced Primary Care in Scottsdale; $240265K, Team-Based On-Site Role

We’re looking for an experienced Family Medicine physician to join our growing Advanced Primary Care team in Scottsdale, AZ. You’ll work on-site delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to a diverse panel within an integrated, team-based setting. We’re seeking someone with at least five years of clinical experience in Family Practice or Med-Peds who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and supporting whole-person care.

Location options also available in Gilbert, Peoria, and Phoenix, AZ.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary range: $240,000–$265,000 (DOE).

• PTO: 26 days in year one plus 11 paid holidays.
• Parental paid time off: eight weeks for birth, foster, or adoption.

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Med-Peds.
• Prefer a minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience.
• Current, unrestricted Arizona medical license; active DEA license; Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working in value-based and integrated care models.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems.
• A commitment to outstanding patient service and professionalism.
