Per Diem Hospitalist — $120$130+/hr | Littleton, NH (PTO/FMLA Coverage, Urgent Care Option)

Location: Littleton, NH (hospital-based, inpatient)

Position type: Per diem hospitalist to provide coverage for PTO, FMLA, and vacation shifts. Opportunity to pick up additional urgent care days/shifts if desired.

Compensation: $120–$130+/hour, DOE.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient care: evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Coordinate care with specialists, nurses, case management, and ancillary services.
• Participate in discharge planning and transitions of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in accordance with hospital policy.
• Provide reliable coverage for scheduled vacancies as assigned.

Requirements:

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Minimum 2 years hospitalist experience preferred.
• Active NH medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills.

• Must be able to work independently in a hospital setting.
