Compensation & benefits

• Target compensation: $700,000 +/- (structure dependent on production/partnership)

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neurosurgical care (operative and nonoperative) for a range of complex conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in shared call coverage and inpatient management to ensure continuity of care
• Engage in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
• Contribute to practice growth and, when applicable, administrative/leadership activities

Minimum requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency
• Fellowship training in a subspecialty (spine, cranial, or endovascular) preferred
• Board certified or board eligible in Neurosurgery
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for team-based practice

• Omaha, Nebraska — regional referral base with access to tertiary resources and a competitive market for neurosurgical services
