Position highlights

- Call: General neurosurgery call within a Level III system, supported by experienced partners
- Ownership/revenue opportunities: Practice, real estate, surgical hospital, and ASC participation
- Ideal candidates: Early- to mid-career neurosurgeons
Compensation & benefits
- Target compensation: $700,000 +/- (structure dependent on production/partnership)

Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive neurosurgical care (operative and nonoperative) for a range of complex conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in shared call coverage and inpatient management to ensure continuity of care
- Engage in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
- Contribute to practice growth and, when applicable, administrative/leadership activities
Minimum requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty (spine, cranial, or endovascular) preferred
- Board certified or board eligible in Neurosurgery
- Strong clinical and surgical skills with commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for team-based practice

- Omaha, Nebraska — regional referral base with access to tertiary resources and a competitive market for neurosurgical services
