Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician — Brigham & Women’s Faulkner Hospital (Boston, MA)

We’re a well-established primary care practice based in Boston, embedded with Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, and we’re looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician (or Family Medicine physician with an adult medicine focus) to join our collaborative team. You’ll work alongside physicians, NPs/PAs, medical support staff, and on-site behavioral health providers in a patient-centered, resource-rich environment that supports high-quality care and professional growth.

What you can expect

• Outpatient-only practice with a collegial team of 8–10 physicians plus advanced practice providers.
• Full-time or part-time options (0.75–1.0 FTE; typically 6–8 sessions per week).
• Flexible schedule and a shared call rotation (about 10 weekends per year).
• Opportunities to teach medical students and residents; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary range: $235,000–$265,000 annually, commensurate with experience and FTE.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine (or Family Medicine with adult medicine focus).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Massachusetts medical license or eligibility required.
• Strong academic background and a clear commitment to excellent, patient-centered care.
