Job Description
Groveton, New Hampshire — Family/Internal Medicine physician needed to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages (or adults) in a rural, close‑knit community. Autonomous practice with emphasis on long‑term patient relationships and work‑life balance.
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary with wRVU productivity and quality bonuses; total range approximately $250,000–$300,000
- Commencement and retention bonuses

- CME: 1 week paid CME time plus $4,000 annual CME allowance
- Paid time off: 5 weeks vacation, 5 sick days
Schedule and workload
- No weekend or holiday shifts
- Clinical schedule: 36 patient hours plus 4 hours administrative time per week
- Typical daily patient volume: 16–22 patients
- May participate in daytime call rotation only (no after‑hours call)
- EMR: Meditech Expanse with Dragon dictation
Minimum requirements
- MD or DO; board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine per Medical Staff Bylaws
- Completion of an ACGME, AOA, or Royal College residency program
- Current BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Comfortable managing an independent patient panel and practicing autonomously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
