OB/GYN Hospitalist — $300–340K, Flexible Schedule, No Call (Auburn & WA Locations)

We’re looking for passionate Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join a team focused on delivering consistent, expert care to every pregnant patient who comes to the hospital. In this hospitalist role you’ll work alongside local obstetricians to improve patient safety and satisfaction while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

This position is based in Washington, with openings in Auburn, Everett, Kirkland, Olympia, Silverdale, and Tacoma. You’ll have the chance to practice autonomously, contribute to quality improvement efforts, and be part of a supportive national network of OB hospitalists.

Schedule and compensation

• Full-time hospitalist position with flexibility to design your own schedule.
• Typical commitment is 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month).
• No traditional office management duties and no on-call expectations.
• Competitive salary range of $300,000–$340,000 plus a full benefits package and opportunities for bonuses.

What we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Washington medical license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Strong communicator who thrives in team-based, patient-centered care.
