Job Description

We are seeking experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join a collaborative hospitalist team dedicated to improving patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring every pregnant patient receives expert, timely care.

This role offers clinical autonomy, strong local collaboration with community obstetricians, and an excellent work/life balance. Ideal candidates are board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYNs with strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a commitment to quality improvement in maternal care.

Locations: Abilene, Austin, Baytown, Beaumont, Bedford, College Station, Frisco, Round Rock, San Antonio, Waxahachie, and Wichita Falls, Texas.

Position highlights

  • Competitive base salary: $300,000–$340,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package
  • Full-time hospitalist position with flexible scheduling—typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off monthly)

Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Texas medical license or ability to obtain licensure
  • Proficiency in managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient-centered skills
  • Commitment to clinical excellence, safety, and continuous improvement
