OB/GYN Hospitalist — Newport, RI | $300–340K, Flexible Schedule & No Call

Join a team committed to delivering consistent, expert care to every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital. This role is built to improve patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring experienced OB/GYN physicians are always available to manage labor and inpatient care. You’ll collaborate closely with local obstetricians while enjoying a schedule that supports an excellent work/life balance.

Location: Newport, Rhode Island

Position highlights:

• Competitive salary range of $300,000–$340,000 plus a full benefits package
• Full-time hospitalist role with flexible scheduling—typically 7–9, 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month)
• No on-call phone responsibilities and no outpatient office management

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Rhode Island medical license or ability to obtain one
• Proven ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a patient-centered approach
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement
