Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospitalist — $300340K, Flexible Schedule, 21 Days Off/Month

Location: Carmel, New York

Overview:
Join a hospitalist OB/GYN team providing consistent, expert inpatient obstetric care to improve patient safety and satisfaction. Work collaboratively with local obstetricians while maintaining a strong work/life balance.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually
• Full-time hospitalist role; self-created schedule
• Typical shifts: 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (≈21 days off per month)
• No office management duties and no traditional on-call responsibilities
• Potential for performance bonuses

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care, including management of obstetric emergencies
• Collaborate with community obstetricians, nursing staff, and hospital teams
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• New York medical license or ability to obtain one
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and inpatient OB/GYN care
