Outpatient Family or Internal Medicine Physician — Littleton, NH (Four 10‑Hour Days, 3-Day Weekends)

Join a well-established outpatient practice in Littleton, NH, serving the Grafton community for more than a century. We are seeking a Board-certified or Board-eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician for a full‑time position with a robust patient base and a fast opportunity to build your caseload.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $275,000–$325,000 (DOE)

Work schedule & practice details

• Four 10-hour weekday shifts (either Monday or Friday off)
• Call rotation: 1:4 (phone-only; admits managed by hospitalist team)
• EMR: Cerner
• Average daily patient volume: 15–20
• Appointment lengths: 20–40 minutes

Requirements

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• New Hampshire medical license and DEA required
