OB/GYN Hospitalist — Kansas City Area | $300–340K, Flexible Schedule & No Call

Join a team dedicated to improving maternal safety and patient experience by making sure every pregnant woman who arrives at the hospital receives expert, consistent care from an experienced OB/GYN.

You’ll work closely with local obstetricians in a role that supports collaboration and lets you maintain a healthy work/life balance. We’re looking for physicians who bring strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to quality improvement and advancing obstetrics and gynecology.

Locations

• Opportunities in Kansas City, Poplar Bluff, Sedalia, Springfield, and Warrensburg, Missouri.

What this role offers

• Competitive compensation: $300,000–$340,000 annual base salary plus a full benefits package.
• Flexible full-time hospitalist schedule where you help shape your own calendar.
• Typical workload: 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month).
• No outpatient office management responsibilities and no traditional call duties.

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Licensed in Missouri or able to obtain a Missouri license.
• Comfortable managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Strong communicator, collaborative team player, and patient-centered in approach.
• Committed to clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
