Per Diem Hospitalist Physician — Littleton, NH (Inpatient Coverage; $120–$130+/hr)

We’re looking for a dependable Per Diem Hospitalist to help cover PTO, FMLA, and vacation shifts in Littleton, NH. This is an inpatient, hospital-based role with the option to pick up additional days or shifts in Urgent Care if you’d like more hours. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality care and smooth care transitions for our patients.

Compensation

• $120–$130+ per hour, based on experience.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care: evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Work closely with specialists, nurses, and allied staff to coordinate care.
• Participate in discharge planning and ensure safe transitions home or to other facilities.
• Keep accurate, timely medical records in line with hospital policies.
• Cover vacation and other scheduled absences as needed.

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine — Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Preferably at least 2 years of hospitalist experience.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Active New Hampshire medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communicator who works well in a team-based environment.
