Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospitalist Physician — Mooresville, IN (Full-Time)

Location: Mooresville, IN

Overview:
Join a hospital-based OB/GYN team focused on improving patient safety and satisfaction by providing expert care to every pregnant patient who presents to the facility. Work collaboratively with local obstetricians while maintaining a strong work/life balance.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 per year plus full benefits
• Typical schedule: full-time hospitalist; create-your-own schedule
• Shift model: usually 7–9, 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month)
• No office management duties and no community on-call obligations

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care
• Manage obstetric emergencies and urgent inpatient OB/GYN needs
• Coordinate care with local obstetricians, nursing staff, and ancillary services
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Indiana medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide high-quality inpatient care
