Join a hospitalist OB/GYN team serving multiple Florida locations, including Jacksonville, Fleming Island, Fort Myers, Fort Pierce, Miami, Miramar Beach, Orange Park, Pensacola, Plant City, Safety Harbor, South Miami, St. Augustine, and Trinity.

• Compensation: $300,000–$340,000 annual salary plus full benefits.
• Schedule: Full-time hospitalist with flexible self-created schedule. Typical shift load 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (approximately 21 days off monthly). No outpatient call or office management required.
• Role focus: Provide expert, consistent inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care for pregnant women presenting to the hospital; collaborate with local obstetricians; manage obstetric emergencies.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
• Competence in managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
