OB/GYN Hospitalist — $300-340K, Flexible Schedule (79 24-hr Shifts), Brookhaven/MS

Seeking Obstetrics & Gynecology hospitalist physicians to provide expert, consistent inpatient care for pregnant women presenting to the hospital. You will work collaboratively with local obstetricians, focus on patient safety and quality improvement, and maintain a favorable work/life balance.

• Brookhaven, MS (also opportunities in Jackson and Meridian, MS)

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus benefits
• Full-time hospitalist role; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off)
• Flexible scheduling with the ability to create your own schedule
• No office management duties or traditional on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Manage obstetric emergencies and deliveries
• Coordinate care with local obstetricians and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient-safety efforts

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Mississippi medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and deliver inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
