Value-Based Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Arlington, TX (Guaranteed $240K + Bonus)

Join our 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Arlington, TX. Provide continuity-focused primary care for adult patients (18+), managing acute and chronic conditions and coordinating care with specialists. Work within an interdisciplinary team supported by a Medical Assistant and clinic staff.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary: $240,000
• Up to 20% annual performance bonus
• $1,250/month supervising stipend per Nurse Practitioner
• Sign-on bonus eligible

Schedule

• Monday–Friday clinic schedule (some sites offer extended hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care for adults
• Conduct comprehensive history and risk assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications; develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver preventive care and patient education
• Refer to and coordinate with specialists as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure timely follow-up and communication
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (stipend provided)
• Maintain punctuality to keep clinic schedules on time

Qualifications

• ABIM or ABFM Board Certified or Board Eligible (Board Eligible within 5 years of residency completion)
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred
• Active Texas medical license and DEA registration in good standing
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
