Value-Based Outpatient Family/Internal Medicine Physician — $240K+ Bonus, Monday–Friday, Houston TX

Join a 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Houston, TX providing continuity-focused, preventive primary care for adults (18+). We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Family or Internal Medicine physician. New graduates are not being considered.

Position highlights

• Outpatient clinic; Monday–Friday schedule (some sites offer extended hours)

• Guaranteed base salary: $240,000
• Up to 20% annual performance bonus
• $1,250/month per supervised Nurse Practitioner

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for acute and chronic conditions
• Perform comprehensive initial assessments, histories, and risk evaluations
• Diagnose, treat, and manage medical conditions; order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications
• Deliver preventive care and patient education to support long-term health goals
• Coordinate care and refer to specialists as needed; ensure timely follow-up and communication
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (additional stipend)
• Maintain punctuality to keep clinic schedules on time

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM); Board Eligible must be within 5 years of residency completion
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred
• Active Texas medical license and valid DEA license
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
