Board-certified CRNA needed for a 1099 position at a 161-bed facility in Nacogdoches, TX.

Compensation & Schedule

• Compensation: $372,000 (1099)
• Call: 1:5 weekday call, 1:6 weekend call; post-primary call days off
• Time off: 9 weeks off annually, plus post-call days
• Malpractice: Employer-paid malpractice with tail coverage

Practice Details

• Case mix: General surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy/GI, urology, ENT (rare pediatric), OB/GYN
• Regional anesthesia: Proficiency preferred; training available if needed
• Team: 6 CRNAs covering OR and OB calls from home
• Daily staffing: 4 CRNAs on-site plus 1 anesthesiologist (primarily covers OB)
