Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Collaborative Team, Competitive Pay & Benefits

Join a growing outpatient primary care practice located in a bright, state-of-the-art facility just south of Boston and about 45 minutes from Providence, RI. We’re looking for a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of our collaborative team.

Who we’re looking for

• Experienced primary care APPs (2+ years outpatient) who are ready to manage their own patient panel independently.
• Newer APPs or those without outpatient experience who would like to work as a collaborating provider, learning and growing alongside an experienced physician or advanced practice provider.

What you’ll do

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a modern clinical setting.
• Work as part of a supportive, team-based practice that values collaboration and professional development.
• Build relationships with patients and manage continuity of care for a panel (independent role) or develop those skills under supervision (collaborating role).

Requirements

• Current NP or PA license in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Independent role: minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience with demonstrated ability to manage your own panel.
• Collaborating role: willingness to work under supervision while gaining outpatient experience.
