Board Certified or Board Eligible Urology Surgeon needed to join an established, well-supported team serving Rock Island, IL, with outpatient clinics in Bettendorf, IA, and Moline, IL (all within ~15 minutes).

Compensation

• Base: $549,000

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide acute adult urological care in facility-based settings
• Perform surgical procedures with assigned OR block time
• Ensure continuity of care across outpatient clinics and inpatient services
• Collaborate with a team of Urologists and full-time Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• No billing or coding responsibilities

Schedule & locations

• 14–16 working days per month; schedule posted 90 days in advance
• Primary hospital: Rock Island, IL
• Outpatient clinics: Bettendorf, IA and Moline, IL
