Family Medicine Physician — Primary Care Opportunity in Greenwood, SC

Join a growing primary care team in Greenwood, SC to deliver patient-centered, community-focused family medicine. This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, health education, and building lasting patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based guidelines.
• Deliver preventive care and patient education on wellness and disease prevention.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and refer as appropriate.
• Contribute to development and improvement of primary care programs and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (pediatrics experience optional).
• Active South Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
