Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient, No-Call, Flexible Schedule in Tyrone, GA (DOE + Incentives)

Join an outpatient team in Tyrone, GA serving adult primary care with a flexible, patient-focused schedule. No on-call duties.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Mon–Fri) between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM (schedule set with clinic)
• One weekend every other week: Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears), manage acute and chronic conditions
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs in a primary care setting
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with clinical team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage volume of ~2.0–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professional interactions with patients and team members

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
