Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Duluth, GA (Flexible 3‑Day Week, No On‑Call, 20–30% Incentive)

Location: Duluth, Georgia — outpatient clinic

Schedule:

• 3 weekdays/week (Monday–Friday), 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Every other weekend: Saturday or Sunday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call duties

Clinical responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears), manage acute and chronic conditions
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage ~2.0–2.2 patients per hour (including walk-ins)
• Maintain professional, patient-centered interactions with patients and staff

Compensation & benefits:

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
