Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Practice in Hamilton, GA | Flexible Schedule, No Call, Incentives

Join a growing outpatient team in Hamilton, Georgia, delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative setting. This role offers a flexible schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekends, and no on-call duties.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday): 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week: Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Address urgent care needs in the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient panel averaging 2.0–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (also open to Internal Medicine)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
