Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Practice, Braselton GA (Flexible Schedule, No Call)

We’re looking for a caring Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our growing outpatient team in Braselton, Georgia. You’ll work in a collaborative, patient-centered clinic with a flexible schedule, extended weekday hours, minimal weekends, and no on-call duties. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care in a team-focused environment.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday), 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Deliver comprehensive primary care for adult patients using evidence-based practices
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage both acute and chronic conditions
• Provide preventive counseling and support patients in wellness goals
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Collaborate closely with the care team to drive quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient mix averaging about 2.0–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication with patients and staff

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive potential

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine if applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment with a dedicated focus on patient-centered care
