Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Primary Care (Buckhead, Atlanta)

Join a growing outpatient team in Buckhead (Atlanta), where you'll deliver patient-centered primary care in a supportive, collaborative setting. We’re looking for a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values quality care, work-life balance, and a flexible schedule—with no on-call duties.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday) within extended hours: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage both acute and chronic conditions
• Address urgent needs in the primary care setting and see walk-in patients as needed
• Counsel patients on preventive care, wellness, and disease management
• Work closely with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Maintain a professional, patient-focused approach in all interactions
• Expected patient volume: approximately 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive potential

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine, if applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care
