Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician (Board-Certified/Eligible)

We’re looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team supporting hospitals and emergency departments in Texas and other states. This is a flexible, ongoing opportunity—ideal as supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice—where you’ll provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke patients and support thrombolytic or endovascular treatment decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop treatment plans
• Document encounters in the electronic medical record

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Neurology
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely; stroke experience preferred, vascular neurology a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Candidates with licenses already in hand for states such as FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA are especially welcome
