Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — 100% Remote, Flexible Shifts, $210-220/hr

We are looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This opportunity is ideal for physicians who want flexible, supplemental work or who are building a long-term telemedicine practice. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultations for acute and inpatient cases — including stroke alerts — using a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Core responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultations to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke patients and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular therapy decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and collaborate with on-site clinicians on treatment plans
• Document encounters in the electronic medical record

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; fellowship or experience in vascular neurology is a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure is strongly preferred (licensing support provided)
• Candidates with licenses in hand are preferred; high-need states include FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, and CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
