Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Remote Acute & Stroke Consults (Flexible, MultiState)

We’re looking for board-certified or board-eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology practice supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This role is built for physicians who want flexible, meaningful telemedicine work—whether as supplemental income or a long-term telemedicine commitment. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using an enterprise-grade telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Core responsibilities:

• Provide remote neurologic consultations to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and guide decisions about thrombolytics or endovascular therapy
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and collaborate with on-site clinicians on treatment plans
• Document encounters accurately in the EMR

What we’re looking for:

• MD or DO
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology is a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support provided)
• Licenses in hand preferred for: FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
