Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Flexible Shifts, Stroke/ED Focus

Join a fully remote tele-neurology team supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. We’re looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologists to provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases—think stroke alerts, urgent evaluations, and inpatient management—using a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

What you’ll do

• Provide remote neurologic consultations for ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic or endovascular treatment
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document all encounters in the electronic medical record

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology experience is a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (we provide licensing support)
• Licenses in hand for certain states are preferred: FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
