Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Flexible Hours, $210–$220/hr, Stroke Focus

We’re looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurology physicians to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This role is ideal for clinicians who want flexible, ongoing telemedicine work—whether as supplemental shifts or a long-term practice—providing real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, via a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

What you’ll do

• Provide remote neurologic consultations to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke patients and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular treatment decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and collaborate with on-site clinicians
• Document encounters and recommendations in the EMR promptly and thoroughly

Who you are

• MD or DO with Board-Certified or Board-Eligible status in Neurology
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic conditions remotely; stroke experience preferred and vascular neurology experience a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (we provide licensing support)
• Preference for candidates with licenses in hand for states such as FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
