Job Description
We’re seeking a full-time, experienced radiologist to lead and grow our hospital-based radiology program just outside Providence, RI, serving the southeast/south coast of Massachusetts. This Chief of Radiology role combines hands-on clinical work with meaningful administrative leadership and includes an academic affiliation with Brown University.
What you’ll do
- Provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership across radiology services at multiple community hospital sites.
- Ensure high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered imaging care while promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to expand service lines, adopt new technology, and advance program growth.
- Participate in teaching and mentorship through our Brown University affiliation.

Qualifications
- Board certified in Radiology with completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency
- Fellowship training preferred; subspecialty expertise a plus
- Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., section chief, medical director) and a strong grasp of hospital operations, quality metrics, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Massachusetts and Rhode Island
