Remote Locums Tele-Neurologist — Acute/Stroke Consults (FT/PT, Flexible Shifts)

This role supports acute and inpatient care, including stroke alerts, via a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support. Key responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultations for emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular treatment decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Complete timely documentation in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke/acute neurology experience preferred; vascular neurology a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Candidates with licenses already in hand preferred, particularly FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
