Outpatient Family/Internal Medicine Physician — 100% Outpatient, Flexible 4-Day Week, Great Falls MT

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician for a 100% outpatient practice with no inpatient duties. Position highlights:

• Full-time outpatient practice, Monday–Friday with an optional 4-day workweek
• No inpatient responsibilities; hospitalist team manages admissions
• Evening call rotation is phone-only, 1:10
• Team-based care supported by three physicians and six Advanced Practice Providers
• Fully staffed acute care hospital with in-house specialty support

Facility access:

• 36-bed inpatient unit and 10-bed open ICU
• Two catheterization labs with pre/post-procedure unit
• Five operating rooms plus a four-room ambulatory surgery center
• Eight-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced EM providers
• Dedicated observation beds

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills and a commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
• Eligibility for Montana medical licensure
