Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Flexible Shifts, $210–220/hr, 100% Remote

We're looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This is a flexible, ongoing opportunity that works well as supplemental clinical work or a long-term telemedicine practice. You’ll deliver real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases — including stroke alerts — using a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Core responsibilities:

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke presentations and assist with thrombolytic and endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and guide urgent care pathways
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document encounters thoroughly in the EMR

Who we’re looking for:

• MD or DO with Board-Certified or Board-Eligible status in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; fellowship training in vascular neurology a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (we provide licensing support)
• Candidates with licenses already in hand in FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, or CA are especially welcome
• Comfort and experience managing acute neurologic cases remotely
