Pediatrician — Outpatient Practice in Sierra Vista, AZ (Sign‑On $25K)

We’re looking for a compassionate pediatric physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care for infants, children, and adolescents. You’ll focus on preventive health, developmental screenings, and the diagnosis and management of both acute and chronic conditions — all while helping to improve the health and wellness of a growing community.

• Salary up to $277,000 with quarterly productivity bonuses

What you’ll do

• Perform routine wellness exams, immunizations, and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses, infections, and injuries
• Manage chronic pediatric conditions and coordinate care with specialists when needed
• Educate patients and families on preventive care and healthy lifestyles

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree
• Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain one
• Current DEA registration
• BLS and PALS certifications required
