Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Flexible Schedules, $210–$220/hr, 100% Remote

We’re looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This is a flexible, ongoing opportunity—perfect if you want supplemental clinical work, a long-term telemedicine practice, or a mix of both. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultations for acute and inpatient cases (including stroke alerts) using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

What you’ll do

• Provide remote neurologic consultations to emergency and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document encounters in the EMR

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support provided)
• Licenses in hand preferred for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
