Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician Lubbock, TX (Full-time/Part-time/PRN, H-1B Sponsorship)

Join a close-knit team of Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians and advanced practice providers in Lubbock, Texas, where you’ll deliver outstanding emergency care for children in a supportive, collaborative setting.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive pediatric emergency care in a 16-bed ED that includes 2 trauma bays.
• Practice at a Level II Trauma Center with seasonal physician coverage that adjusts to patient volume (24–36 hours/day).
• Participate in teaching with Pediatric and Family Medicine residents and collaborate closely with an onsite OB ED and robust subspecialty support.
• Use EPIC for charting and communication, with 12 hours of daily scribe coverage to streamline documentation.
• Leverage onsite imaging—CT, MRI, ultrasound, and bedside ultrasound—for efficient diagnostics and treatment.

Schedule and employment

• Full-time: minimum 120 hours/month to qualify for full benefits.
• Part-time and PRN options are available to fit your lifestyle.
• W-2 employment with competitive pay: $250–$265 per hour.
• Facility qualifies for PSLF student loan forgiveness.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
